It's a convenient base for exploring the city. the rooms are clean and spacious, offering a comfortable stay. the staff are friendly and helpful, providing useful information about the surrounding area. the breakfast, though basic, is decent, with a variety of options available. the hotel offers some facilities like a restaurant next door. it's a great choice for those looking to stay near popular attractions.

One negative aspect is the lack of an elevator, which can be inconvenient with heavy luggage or mobility issues.

Good location, beautiful views. Visiting malacca river was easy as it's 5 minutes walk away. Our room looked out at the Malacca River which was a plus. The hotel was situated very close to the dutch square bus stop, just 5 minutes walking distance.

We loved the location of this hotel by the river, within walking distance of attractions in the Jonkers area and the historic Unesco listed Chinatown. The view from our upgraded room was amazing, both day and night. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful in addressing our needs.

Check-in and check-out times are exceptionally long. Parking is a bit of a hassle, and staff may not be well informed about parking regulations.

Overpriced laundry service, uncomfortable bedding, and poor in-room amenities. We were charged a high amount for laundry services despite only sending a small load.
